Magnolia Hotel nailed it with a daily breakfast that’s a feast. Complimentary evening snacks that hit the spot after a day out on the town. The rooftop pool? Perfect for kickin’ back and taking in those skyline vibes.
It felt a bit pricey, just like most spots downtown, but worth every penny for the fun and convenience. Maybe just needed a touch more pep from the front desk staff.

My room was really spacious and newly renovated, with modern decor. The bed was super comfy, which is key for a good night's sleep. I loved the luxurious bathroom amenities, and having two bottles of water every day was a nice touch. The view from the room was decent too, but honestly, the rooftop pool stole the show! Overall, I had a cozy and relaxing experience.

Had an amazing vacation with friends! We explored local crafts along the quieter streets and enjoyed the street performers at Jackson Square. The breathtaking St Louis Cathedral was a highlight. The location near downtown is fantastic, just a short walk to great restaurants and attractions. The staff at the bar were friendly and attentive, making it a nice spot to unwind in the evenings. However, the check-in process was frustrating. I stood in a long line and the front desk staff seemed overwhelmed. My room wasn't ready for an hour after check-in time, which really set a negative tone. Also, the Internet was unreliable during my stay. I mentioned it to the front desk, but they didn’t seem to take it seriously. The room was large and clean but felt quite dated, especially the carpet, which looked worn. The amenities could use an update too, especially the pillows, which were uncomfortable.

Solo traveler’s experience, not bad but could be better
The Northon guy at the desk was fantastic, made me feel special when checking in— that’s the kinda service you expect. And when I got to my room, it was big and comfy, usually I check for cleanliness but, it was like they knew I was coming.
It wasn’t inexpensive but I guess for what I got, it was alright, could be worse.
